Tapo camera c200 not working
Sir i had purchased tapo c200 after 2 weeks it stopped working- it can connect wifi but not showing video and not recording to card as well. Please tell me what can i do. If its need to be repaired than guide me how to claim warranty in sahiwal punjab Pakistan. Thank you.

- If you use other apps or NVR surveillance apps to view the camera, please turn that OFF, reboot camera and see if you could get Live feed.
Do you mean you can access camera on the APP, but Live view and SD card recording does not work, can you manage the camera or change settings for camera in Tapo APP right now? May I have a photo of the issue?
May I know did you try to factory reset as guide below and reinstall it in the APP, can you get it reconfigured in the app?

Hi, we have a same situation. 1.1.17 firmware is a nightmare. I reset the tapo a hundred times. Can someone please share the solution. Thank you very much.

Hello @Solla-topee, I also have a C200 and it was working fine up until I updated the firmware to 1.1.17.
I tried to factory reset several times... I can configure the camera like switching on and off the status led, but the video is not working...
How to fix the issue?
