How come my sister in another home, can't still monitor our cctv even if I have shared already the Tp link Id?

  • Please confirm your camera is online and you should be able to access live view remotely (when phone is on LTE mobile network or on a different network)
  • You could use up to 2 devices to live view the camera at the same time using the Tapo App or the RTSP. 
  • Please check if you have more than 2 devices were try to stream camera at that time
  • Try to reboot camera on the APP and see if that makes any difference

 

If still the same, can you share a photo of the live page of your sister's phone , does the second phone log in the same TP-Link account used on your phone? Thanks.
