Hello. I have a tapo c200 camera, I have bought tapo care for a year. Saving events to the cloud has stopped working for some time. Firmware and application are up-to-date. I have done a factory reset several times. The in-app notifications work but there are no cloud recordings. It looks a bit like wasted money buying tapo care. What may be the problem?

Thank you for the feedback. We will try our best to assist with your case and here are some tips that you could try: 

  • Ensure Tapo APP and camera firmware are both up to date. 
  • Confirm the camera has been added in Tapo Care or Tapo care Free trial is enabled
  • If still the same, can you share a photo of the phenomena, and share the MAC address of your camera via PM, thank you.
