I have 2 Tapo C110 both are hardware version 1. one has firmware version 1.3.0 and the other is 1.1.21. I was able to upgrade the firmware of the other camera 1.3.0 but I could'nt upgrade the other one is stuck with 1.1.21 it says that it is already has the latest firmware. Hope someone can help me... :)

Tapo device firmware are gradually released to Tapo users not all in once, so you may find that some cameras receives an update while some camera doesn't, this is common. It is recommended to wait for some time like a some weeks before the firmware has been pushed to more Tapo cameras and update firmware for camera later in the APP.
How to update firmware of Tapo cameras in Tapo app
If you still did not get this update after a few weeks, try to factory reset and camera reinstall the camera, usually smart device will receive the latest firmware in Tapo APP at the end of setup process. Hope this helps.
@Kermit1910 Hi Just waited for the 1.3 update to be available... it took me about a week or two for the 1.3 to be availble.
