Tapo c210 firmware update

Hi,
I have an issue at firmware updating. Unfortunately there was a black out during updating process. At the moment the camera do not working. It is blinking green slowly ( blinks in every fifth second). I can't reset is any way
what should I do?

If the tapo camera got a firmware update failure, make sure you have tried to factory reset the camera with camera powered on, check camera still responds to a factory reset , or if the camera still broadcasts the Tapo Camera _XXX default SSID, or if the LED flashes amber and green.
If factory reset does not help, please contact the retailer or local support to check device warranty.
When contact local support or retailer, you may attach 1. the problem description with device model and hardware version 2. Led status on camera 3. if there was any power outage 4. the proof of purchase and SN , so they could deal with your case faster.

I can't do factory reset. After a power-up it turns on red light and IR leds. After a half minute IR leds are still ON and green led blinks in every 5 seconds.
