I try to login to my device via tapo app, i have changed the pwd but it is not working?

You could try to reset password again in the Tapo APP:

Pay attention to the space, capitalized letters

What can I do if I forget my password of the cloud account (Tapo smart plug, smart camera, smart bulb)

 

Or for TP-link account concern, it is encouraged to reach our support directly and share your account ID information and a screenshot so they could help take a further look at it.
