  @Solla-topee hi I have a question this is something that it said in the email "You will be required to ship the complete product back to TP-Link as part of the RMA process"

I don't have the box for the product in question, so is that a problem in any way, what can I do?

The box shouldn't be a problem, RMA can vary based on local RMA policy.
