When I install the tapo hub everything goes smooth. The hub is detected fast in the tapo app and gets added without problems. After installation the Hub is visible in the 'My home' screen but shows as offline. A few seconds later it completely disappears. This happens with android and ios.

The hub is plugged in a unifi switch and is showing up in the Unifi controller software. 

I tried resetting the hub but that doesn't solve my problem.

Could you check what's led status of the hub when it is added successfully and when it disappears?

What network does your phone use when the device disappears from the APP? Please try to connect to the same network as the hub, refresh the homepage again or re-open the APP.

The led goes from blinking red/green to amber when it's added successfully. When it disappears it stays amber. I'm on the same network. Refreshing or re-opening the app doesn't help.
