Alexa's response to turn on or off switch is "Alexa doesn't support that" How to fix it?

Note: This model switch doesn't have a reset button at the bottom.

In the Alexa app, it should allow turn on/off the kasa switch in the Alexa APP or via voice command.

Please check if you can manually control the switch in the Alexa app?
Here are some tips that might help Case 3 Cannot use voice command to control device

Please change a different Device Name for the kasa device in the Kasa APP, e.g. tplink plug; kasa light.
