Just set up the c200 and it's all working but I live in a first floor flat and put in the window ledge to watch over the car park and its not detecting any motion through the window? Any ideas please was told this camera would work!

Theoretically, the sensor in Tapo C200 captures the movement/ pixel changes in the image and should still be able to detect the motion through a Windows in the day, however the Window reflection can blur the image and may affect the motion detection feature or motion detection in the Night mode that using infrared lights to create image.
Here are some tips that may help
Make sure the Window is clean
Adjust the angle of camera, make sure the moving objects not too far away ( recommended 30 ft )
Or you may consider an outdoor camera like Tapo C310/C320WS/Tapo C420 etc.
