Same Camera different firmware & hardware

I have 2 TC70 cameras, but they have different hardware and firmware versions.
one is as above, the other is H/ware V3, F/ware V 1.1.22
The cameras both show as being up to date.
Because of the difference I am getting diferent information on the app.
Is there a way to update the older camera ?
