It switches to home screen after only a minute my kasa camera. Is there a way to have echo always show live feed. How are you selecting the camera to view?

  • Please confirm kasa device firmware & kasa app are both up to date.  
  • Confirm Echo device has the latest firmware 

 

If you continue to face the issue, can I know the model of your Echo show, any video clip of the issue is much appreciated.
