I started the installation of my Tapo and unfortunately during the firmware update i turned off the camera. The camera light is solid red. Doesn´t respond to resett. Can I go back to factory settings? If so, in what way.

If the Tapo C200 camera got a firmware update failure, make sure you have tried to factory reset the camera with camera powered on, check camera still responds to a factory reset , or if the camera still broadcasts the Tapo Camera _XXX default SSID, or if the LED flashes amber and green.
If factory reset does not help, the device could be faulty, please contact the retailer or local support to finish the last troubleshooting or check device warranty.
