I have shared the camera with my parents. However, they are unable to see videos recorded on the cloud. How can I share the recordings as well?

If the camera is on Tapo Care cloud service, as far as I could tell a shared account should also be able to view the cloud videos.
Can you double check if your parents can watch the cloud video right now.
Please switch to a different Wifi network like home Wifi network, using mobile data and see if that helps, if still the same, kindly share a photo of error. Thank you.
