Model: HS220  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: Unnown, The App says current

We installed the HS200 as directed and it worked fine the first couple of times. After sitting a few hours when I turn it on, it then immediately powers off. I am not sure how to locate the Hardware or Firmware versions to troubleshoot. The app just says we have the most up to date Firmware. The barcode shows Ver: 3.8?

 Hello @TomSEA 

 

The switch losing power is likely to relate to the wiring in the wall, please check if you can turn on/off the light by manually press the switch. Then  examine if the wires are properly connected and not get loose.

Correctly wiring HS220 requires at least 3 lines in your electrical box: 
 1*Live wire, 1* Load wire, 1* Neutral wire ( white or a bundle of white wires secured with a wire nut. ), 1*Ground Wire (optional)
(NOTE: If  No Neutral Wire is present, HS220  can Not be installed   )

 

Ensure the load of the Dimmable bulb(s) is within the required max load here in the spec.
