Hi,
I bought 3x KE100 and two upgraded the firmware when installing. One failed. How can I upgrade the firmware retrospectively?

Please check if there is any new firmware available in the kasa app.
How to update firmware of Kasa smart devices
You can try to reboot the device by taking the batteries out and put it back in
Or try to factory reset the KE100 by pressing SYNC/ RESET button and repair the device with your KE100 then

Reboot the TRV by manually taking the battery out and put it back in
Please connect your phone to the home Wifi network and try to upgrade for it again.
If still failed, can you share a photo of error message & share the device MAC address via PM, thank you!
