My c200 keeps disappearing from the app after a couple of days. Works perfectly otherwise. Any ideal?

In this case, please ensure the firmware of the Tapo C200 and the Tapo app are up to date, and you can force close the Tapo app and then open it again to check if the Tapo C200 will show up again on the Tapo app when the problem happens.
If the problem remains, please help confirm the following info.
1. The firmware and hardware of the camera, and the Tapo app version.
2. The model number and OS version of your phone.
3. The LED status on the camera when it disappears from the Tapo app.
4. How does the camera appear again in the Tapo app? Such as reboot, or reset and reconfigure it.
