Alarm sound goes off when schedule starts
I have setup my alarm schedule to operate at specific times from 10pm to 6am. The camera sounds the alarm every day at 10pm even though there is no activity. This is a bit annoying and I cannot fidn a way to stop it unless I switch off the automatic schedule. Please advise

Hi,
You can try to reboot the camera or reset it and reconfigure it to check if the problem will be solved.
If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Ensure the Camera's firmware version and the Tapo app are up to date.
2. Check if the camera has the correct time zone settings(and please send me your time zone) and if the camera time is correct on the live view page.
3. Please send us pictures of the following pages to check if your settings are correct.

Best Regards

Hi,
The settings on your Tapo app seem correct except for the Time Zone, I'm not sure if your camera has the correct time from the pictures, please go to the Live view page of the camera to check.
If the camera does not have a correct time, adjust the Time Zone on the Tapo app.
Below is an instruction to get the log of the Tapo Camera, please follow the instruction to get the log after the problem recurrence, and then send me the Log via support.forum@tp-link.com with the email tile '[Forum ID 608618] Model+ Alarm sound goes off when schedule starts'.
How to Get the Log of Tapo Camera?
Best Regards
