It only blinks red, refuses to connect to wifi, or provide a wifi signal of its own. I have reset it endlessly and nothing improves. I would love advice on how to resolve this.

If the EC70 has a flashing red light, please try the following steps.
1) Turn off the camera, wait for two minutes, and turn it back on.
2) Wait for two minutes after powering it on, press and hold on the reset button for over 15s to reset the camera to factory default settings, and check if the LED changes.
3) If the LED remains flashing red, you can contact your retailer or local support to check if the camera is under warranty.
If the LED flashes amber and green, try to set up the camera.
