Hi, my wife bought a Tapo C200 to install to in our house. However, when I tried to connect it to our wifi, it is not seeing our wifi or router name (2.4Gz). Meanwhile, I bought a C210 about 6 months ago and I was able to connect it to the same wifi connection. The SSID is not showing up on the C200, I even tried manually entering the SSID and password but it not able to search the wifi connection where the C210 is also connected. I tried everything . It can see other wifi in the area but they are not our wifi. Please help.

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information for further analysis if the C200 can't find the router's Wi-Fi.
1. Please reset the Tapo C200 to factory default settings and then check if it can detect your router's Wi-Fi when configuring it.
How to reset my Tapo camera?
2. Turn off the 5G band on your router or set a different name for 2.4G and 5G.
3. Check the version(UK, US, etc.) of the Tapo C200 and C210.
4. Check if the Wi-Fi name and password include special characters, such as @, &, etc. If yes, change the Wi-Fi name or password for a try.
5. Check the 2.4G wireless channel on the router, and change the wireless channel within 1-11 for a try.
6. What's the model number of the router?
