How to recover lost or deleted videos on iCloud?

If you have subscribed to the Tapo Care service and the video clips on the cloud server have been deleted, it's unable to recover the video clips.
What kind of 'lost videos' are you referring to? Generally, if the videos are uploaded to the cloud server and within the retention period depending on your subscription, you can access them via the Tapo app. If they are failed to upload to the cloud server, you can't restore them on the cloud server either.
