What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
 

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Please send me a screenshot of the error message that appears when configuring the camera.
2. Please let me know the troubleshooting you have done.
3. Check if your phone and the camera are connected to the Deco's 2.4G Wi-Fi rather than 5G, you can turn off the 5G band on the Deco app and then try to set up the camera.
4. Check if the Wi-Fi name and password include special characters, such as @, &, etc. If yes, change the Wi-Fi name or password for a try.
5. Please let me know the wireless security type you selected on the Deco.

Hi,
1. Please press the reset button on the Tapo C200 for 10s to reset it to factory default settings, and then check if you can set it up.

2. If failed, you can refer to the link below to check the settings on the Deco app.

3. What's the LED status on the Tapo C200 when the error message appears?

4. If you connect the Tapo C200 to a hotspot Wi-Fi from your phone, can it connect successfully?
