Model: Tapo C225  
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 2K QHD

He comprado  en Amazon una tarjeta microSD  ·"Woetale de 512GB",  para la cámara TAPO C225, que tambien compré en Amazon..

 

Cuando instalo la tarjeta la app muestra el siguiente texto:   "esta tarjeta microSD parece tener una capacidad de expansion anormal que puede poner en riesgo los datos.

Se recomienda reemplazar la tarjeta microSD"

 

Les ruego me indiquen si es un fallo de TAPO TP-LINK C-225  con el fin de devolverla.   En internet hay muchos casos como el mio.

Hi,
The problem may be related to the SD card, please help confirm the following information for further analysis.

1. Please send us the Amazon link where you buy the SD card, and can I know the format of the SD card?
2. Please refer to the link below to check if the SD card is fake, and send us the test result.

3. Please refer to the link to troubleshoot, and let me know what troubleshooting you have done if the problem remains.
What should I do if the SD card doesn’t work properly on my camera?

I'm an having the same issue trying to use a 512Gb card in a C225 camera.. It appears the camera cannot handle a 512Gb card..!!

Hi,
On the Datasheet of the Tapo C225 V1, you can see that the Tapo C225 supports up to 512GB microSD card.
 

And it's recommended to help confirm the information in my previous reply for further analysis.
