Firmware Version: 1.3.1

I bought a C310 last weekend and all has been fine for a few days but this afternoon I went to watch an auto recorded video of a person detection and despite the playback speed being set at 1x it played very fast. Oddly the video played back fine at 1/2x speed and 2x speed (which was actually slower than 1x speed).

I've tried playback on my iPhone 12 (iOS 16.5.1) and my iPad (iPadOS 16.5.1j and consistently see the issue. If we use my wife's iPhone SE (iOS 16.3.1), videos play fine at all speeds so I think it's an app/iOS issue rather than the camera not recording correctly.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

We have released the latest Tapo app ver 2.16.106 which solves the issue, you can go to the App Store to see if the latest Tapo app version is 2.16.106, and if yes, update the Tapo app for a try. If you can't see the 2.16.106 version available, please wait patiently.

Hi,
On the Tapo app> Live View page, please turn on or off the Microphone, and then check if the 1x speed on the Playback page will be normal.
And please help check the Tapo app version on the iPhone 12, iPad, and your wife's iPhone SE for further analysis.

@Solla-topee I've toggled the microphone, it made no difference.

The app version on the iPhone 12 and iPad is 2.16.105, on the iPhone SE it is 2.15.505
