Hi, 
Generally, the Tapo Cam's angle will go where when you press the reboot button on the Tapo app after it reboots, it won't go to the default angle.
How do you reboot the Tapo Camera? If you press the Pan&Tilt on the Live View page of the Tapo C200, will the camera work fine?
