Please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Please confirm the firmware of the Tapo C200 is up to date. You can send me the MAC address of the Tapo C200 via private message.
2. What's your time zone? Have you selected the correct time zone on the Tapo app>Camera Settings page of the Tapo C200?
3. Please describe your network diagram, such as internet--router)))Tapo C200, etc. Please help check the model number of the wireless router.
4. Is the Tapo C200 connected to an NVR? If yes, please disconnect it to the NVR and then check if it will display the correct time and date on the Tapo app>Live View page.
5. Please send me a picture showing the problem, and you can send me a link to download the picture via private message.
