I rebooted the camera, it now follows my movements around the room, all detections are off. It has never done this before.

It seems the Motion Tracking feature is enabled on the camera, and you can go to the Tapo app>Camera Settings page of the Tapo C200>Detection&Alerts page to check if the Motion Tracking feature is enabled or not.

@Solla-topee thanks, did check this and it was disabled. Was still doing it. I have since unplugged and rebooted again and has stopped doing it.
