Hi,
I receive alerts about tapo care renewal and firmware updates at 3am in the morning. Is there any way of turning these off ? I want the camera alerts but not the renewal and firmware update alerts.

Hi,
On the Tapo app>Me>Notification>System page, you can turn off the Firmware Update notification.
Since you need to pay for the Tapo Care service, the tapo care renewal notification is unable to disable on the Tapo app, this notification will help to notify you if you want to subscribe/unsubscribe from the Tapo Care service, and it won't send frequently and generally sent monthly.
