On the phone 'Realme 10 Pro', please go to the Tapo app, click on the Tapo Cam and go to the Camera Settings>Advanced Settings>Display Settings, and then select the Compatible Mode and check if the problem solves.
If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.
1. What's the OS and model number of your phone?
2. What's the version of the Tapo app installed on your phone?
3. Please ensure the firmware of the camera is up to date.
