Hi,
After you power on the Tapo C200, please wait for two minutes and then press and hold on the reset button on the camera for 10s to reset it, then check if the default SSID will appear.
If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.
1. What's the hardware version and MAC address of the Tapo C200? You can send me the MAC address via private message.
2. What's the System LED status on the Tapo C200?
3. Does the System LED change when you press the reset button? If yes, please describe the detailed LED change process.
4. Why do you need to re-set up the camera?
