I have been searching for solutions on how will i be able to connect and view my camera remotely and setup settings far away from home. Does the HS210 model doesnt have a feature for such setting setup?

The HS210 is a Kasa smart switch rather than a Tapo Camera, and usually, you can manage and change its settings remotely after you configure it successfully.

If you have a Tapo Camera, you can manage and change its settings remotely either after you configure it successfully.
Please note that if you want to connect the TP-Link smart devices to your home Wi-Fi, you need to set it up when your phone connects to the same Wi-Fi network.
