If so, please help confirm the following information.
1. Please refer to the link below to confirm the settings are correct.
How to view Tapo camera on PC through RTSP stream?
2. Describe your network diagram and usage scenario in detail. For example, the network diagram is the Internet--wireless router))) Tapo Camera&laptop, and need to stream the camera on the laptop locally.
3. What app/program are you using to stream the camera? What error message appears when fail to connect?
