I'm french so sorry if my English is not very good.

So, for those of you whose micro SD card never works on the TAPO C320WS (for example, formatting impossible), here's a card that works just fine (formatting+video recordings OK):

SAMSUNG EVO SELECT 256 GB

18 euros at AMAZON (FR)

Hi Fred,
Thank you very much for your case sharing.

However, according to the test results of the related team, the Samsung EVO SD card has a compatibility issue with our cameras, and the Samsung EVO SD card warranty also shows that it may have a short lifetime when working with cameras, so it's not commended to use the Samsung EVO SD card on our cameras.

Below is the instruction to select a microSD card to work with the Tapo Cameras, and please pay attention to the information on the microSD card introduction&Warranty page to see if it's supported to work with security cameras.
