Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.1

Need support in recovering the memories from December month end, as it is urgent for us to provide footages from the respective month. 

 

It seems memories got overwritten by the new memories, due to which I couldn’t find them in the past memory list in Tapo App.

Hi,
Usually, if you have inserted a microSD card into the camera to store video recordings and enabled the Loop Recording feature on the Tapo app, the new recordings will overwrite previous recordings when the SD card storage is not enough. And the overwritten video recordings cannot be restored.
