You can try to reset the Tapo C200 to factory default settings and then reconfigure it to check if it can detect the 2.4G Wi-Fi network.
How to reset my Tapo camera?
Please help confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. Describe your network diagram.
2. How far between the C200 and your router? What's the model number of the router? And please check the 2.4G channel of your router, and do not hide SSID on your router.
3. If you place your phone at the same location as the camera, can it detect the router's 2.4G Wi-Fi, and is the signal strong?
4. Turn off the 5G on your router or set different names for 2.4G and 5G, and check if the camera can detect the 2.4G Wi-Fi SSID.
5. Enable a 2.4G hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone and check if the camera can detect it.
