I have two Cameras outside the front of my house, one is just outside my WIFI range. Will connecting the two cameras together via a Ethernet cable extend internet access to the camera thats outside the WIFI range?

Hi,
The ethernet port on the Tapo C310 is used to connect to the internet(it's connected to a router usually), connecting a Tapo C310 to another one by an ethernet cable can't extend internet access.
In your usage scenario, you can try to connect the Tapo C310 that is outside the Wi-Fi range to the router by an ethernet cable, or if you have an AP/RE, you can extend the router's Wi-Fi to this camera.
