Help with billing region

Greetings,

I am trying to activate Kasa care, however I am not able to add or select another region when adding credit card. It's only showing USA.

Help please

Hi,
Thank you for the case report.

Please help confirm the following information about the problem.
1. When you registered your TP-Link ID, did you select the region code to US?

2. Where did you buy your Kasa Cam, and where are you located to use the Kasa Cam?

3. What's the region code of your credit card?
