Recently we had the C-320 installed and set up. Unfortunately, our Smart Bro Wi-Fi went bad and we had to buy another one. Now, of course, the TAPO does not connect to this Wi-Fi. I live on the island of Camiguin here in the Philippines. I have tried repeatedly to get the installer to come back out and set it back up to my new Wi-Fi, but he always has an excuse why he cannot (busy). Is there any way I can do this myself? How can I do that? Thanks very much.

Hi,
There is no problem installing the Tapo C320WS by yourself, below are the steps.
1. Please make sure your new Wi-Fi network is working, and ensure it's a 2.4G Wi-Fi since the Tapo C320WS supports 2.4G band only.


2. Confirm the Wi-Fi name and Wi-Fi password of your new Wi-Fi network.


3. Reset the Tapo C320WS to factory default settings, and wait for the LED to turn to flashing red and green.
