So all was well with the RV30C Mop for about a week.

Then the fluid started to not be released when cleaning.

If I removed the mop whilst cleaning an reinstalled then it would work.

I cleaned the contacts.

Cleaned fluid chamber.

Reset the device.

Now it just does not work at all.

3 weeks old.

Check the tips here if the Tapo robot vacuum is not dispensing water during the mopping process.

  @stxtmxn the same thing has just happened to me... every is nice and clean and contacts are dry with no visual issues. Changing water and switched off and on but no water comes out in mopping mode or when I try spot clean with max water...

  @stxtmxn  hi, did you have any luck with this. I got mine replaced due to the same issue ans the new one is doing it within a week :( it's a shame it's brilliant when it's working!!

  @Robotvac10 yeah got a replacement water tank in the end and that's fixed the issue so far... that was about a month ago and no issues so far!
