Hi,
We provide Tapo Care service for the Tapo camera to store video clips to the cloud server that provided by AWS, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption and SSL technology, to secure the video clips. Only the person who has the TP-Link ID and password the camera is bound to can access the video clips.
If you do not want to subscribe to the Tapo Care service, you can insert an SD card into the camera to store the video recordings or stream the camera via RTSP/ONVIF and store the video recordings on a PC/NVR/NAS.
