After last update in the TAPO APP, it is very difficlt to retrive imagery from the different cameras intalled.

Please help describe your usage scenario and problem in detail so I can better help you.

And what's the model number of your Tapo camera? What's the app version installed? If you can share a video or pictures about your problem, which is highly appreciated!
