Hi

 

all of my recodrings have been disappeared from cloud. How did it happened? I have subscription.

 

how can I recover them?

Hi. What is your current subscription? Is it basic or premium? How long did the recorded footage stayed on the cloud server before it was deleted? Thanks.

Are there any changes in your network and then the cloud video clips disappeared? Such as updating the firmware, updating the Tapo app, internet disconnect, etc.

 

What's the Tapo app version installed on your phone?

 

When did the problem start to happen?
