I have had activity outside the window which usually shows up on playback and download, but for some reason it's not showing up. I have rebooted the camera on several occasions but with no joy.
Hi,
Please help confirm the following information for your issue.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings>Detection page and send me a picture of this page.
2. Please go to the camera's Live View>Playback & Download>Playback page, tap the cloud icon, select the date, and send me a picture of the page that shows the problem.
3. Whether the cloud video clips created recently displayed on the Playback page?
