Please help confirm the following information for the problem reported.

1. Please send me the MAC address of your Tapo C210 via private message. You can find the MAC address on the Tapo app>camera's Device Settings>Device Info page.

2. Please help describe your network diagram in detail, such as the Internet--wireless router)))Tapo C210, etc.
What's the model number of the router? Do you have internet when connecting to the router's 2.4G Wi-Fi network?

3. Is your brother logged in to the Tapo app with your TP-Link ID and password? Or have you shared the camera with your brother's TP-Link ID?

4. Do you watch the camera on a PC via VLC when connecting to the same Wi-Fi as the camera? Can you ping the camera's IP address successfully on your PC?
