Hi,
Please help confirm the following information about your issue.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings>Detection page to confirm the detection types are enabled as desired.
2. If you have inserted an SD card into the camera to store the video recordings, please go to the Device Settings>Storage & Recordings to check the microSD card status, check if the microSD Card Recording option is enabled, and send me a picture of the Recording Schedule page.
You can remove the SD card from the camera and insert it again to check if it helps.
3. Have you selected the SD card icon on the camera's Playback page? Can you share a picture of the page showing your problem?
