TAPO C500 is connected but is not transmitting images.
The router is about 1 meter away and the signal is powerful, however I can only see the images if the smartphone is connected directly to the router via WiFi.
How can I view the images remotely without necessarily having to connect to the router?

Hi, 
You can refer to the link below to troubleshoot if you can't view the camera remotely. Please double confirm if your router has MAC Filtering, Firewall, or Access Control settings configured for the camera to block it from the internet.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo & Kasa camera?
