I've successfully installed over 20 HS200P3 units throughout my home, and they have consistently performed well, with the exception of two bathrooms where the lights and Panasonic Whisper Bathroom Fan are linked to the HS200P3 light switch. While I have not encountered any issues with turning the switch on, there is an intermittent problem with turning it off. Pressing the button has no effect, and attempting to use the app results in a clicking sound without the fan actually turning off. To resolve this, I find myself having to press the button multiple times until it eventually responds. Interestingly, I have two other bathrooms with a similar setup but different exhaust fans (non-Panasonic), and they operate flawlessly.
