TAPO C310 connection to WIFI

Hi I purcased the TAPO Camera today and was unable to connect to my 5Ghz WIFI remotely, however connecting via ethernet cable I was able to complete set up of camera, Please advise if ethernet connection is advisable?

Hi,
The Tapo C310 supports wired and wireless connection, but it does not support a 5G Wi-Fi network, and it supports 2.4G Wi-Fi only.
I'll suggest setting up both the wired and wireless connection if possible since if one connection fails, the other one will stay working. However, if you do not have a 2.4G Wi-Fi, setting up the wired connection only is no problem either, usually, the wired connection is fast and stable.
