I keep getting the error 'It looks like you've reached your device limit for playing this video Please again later'. I vannot find what is causing this. None of the documentation indicate limited number of playback.
Hi,
There is a limitation on the number of devices watching the same video at the same time. Please help confirm the following information for your issue.
1. Are the video recordings on the Playback page stored on the cloud server or an SD card?
2. How many devices log in to the Tapo app with your owner account or shared account?
