Thank you for the case report, and please help confirm the following information about the problem.
1. What's the internet IP address on your PC? What's the IP address of the Tapo C110 after it's connected to your PC's hotspot Wi-Fi？
You can go to the Tapo app>camera's Device Settings>Device Info page to find its IP address.
2. Do you stream the camera via RTSP protocol on the PC that the camera connects to?
3. What app/program do you use on the PC to stream the camera?
